New Electronic Governor system EGS 2200 released from Lyngsø Marine. the EGS 2200 is now based on the common Automation platform used for all automation solutions. In the 3.rd generation governor system we have once again refined a well known application to offer the customer unprecedented cost effectiveness, best-of-class performance and reliability together with the well-known worldwide technical support offered from Lyngsø Marine - SAM Electronics and agents.

The new Electronic Governor system from Lyngsø Marine, product type number EGS 2200, is now based on the common Automation platform used for all automation solutions, thus sharing the hardware and software tools together with e.g. Propulsion Control Systems PCS 2200  and Monitoring and Control System MCS 2200. When the EGS 2200 is installed together with any of the mentioned products, the owner get a clear benefit, as sparesparts and required technical knowledge onboard the vessel is reduced.

In the design of the EGS 2200, special care have been taken to reduce the amount of handling for the shipyard when integrating an EGS 2200 solution on their newbuildings. The amount of cables have been reduced, and the few special cables (with quality requirements) are now supplied ready-made as a part of the EGS 2200 scope of delivery. The Yard need only add standard installation cables for sensorsignals and powersupply.
